That is SO hard. We had that happen with the bitty twins - we hated to imagine that they had to stay at the UPS center when we were willing to drive over and pick them up. However, the UPS people were not very helpful so we had to conclude that the best thing was just to wait.
NOT an easy thing when you have a poor dollie stuck in a box waiting to get out and have fun with you!
